The basic recipe is Rice Bran Oil, Beeswax and Fragrant or Essential Oils (plant based).

This cream is aimed at stopping the “scratch-itch-scratch” cycle, and healing the damaged skin. Try a little to start with (first thing in the morning is a good time). It also contains a cooling and nourishing blend of unperfumed Crocodile Cream (no Bergamot Oil). This cream may help to ease your symptoms, but you may also need to look at contributing factors such as reducing stress, taking regular exercise, looking for possible allergic reactions, and adopting a healthier diet. Your outward skin reaction can be caused by a build up of toxins on the inside, in which case a blood cleansing programme may be effective (get some professional advice and all things in moderation). Having said all that, we have had good feedback from a number of people saying that our eczema cream has alleviated their symptoms. It seems to be especially good on small children, and can be used as a moisturiser to prevent a new outbreak.

A gentle alternative to detergent type shampoos, ideal for those with sensitive skins, and itchy scalps. Does not strip your hair of its natural oils. If you have been using detergent based shampoos, it may take several weeks for your hair to adjust to a gentler routine, and should only need washing twice a week. Wet hair thoroughly, then rub over with the soap, until it lathers (You will notice it does not lather so well in hard water, but it does the job, just the same). Rinse well, then as a final rinse add 1tblsp vinegar to 2 cups of water, apply to your hair, leaving for 30 seconds or so, then rinse out with fresh water. This system of soap and vinegar is one our Grannies used and is gentle on the hair and scalp. In addition, if you use the vinegar rinse at the end of a shower it helps to correct the skin’s pH mantle. The new organic Cider Vinegar is lovely, sweet and fruity smelling. For troublesome scalps, dry itchy skin, psoriasis and dandruff.
