Baa Baa Beads are an amber teething necklace. This natural teething necklace is made from 100% Baltic Amber, a resin used as a natural analgesic for centuries in Europe. Amber is fossilized sap which contains trace amounts of succinic acid, a known anti-inflammatory and pain reliever. Amber is a natural analgesic and when in contact with the skin and warmed, it releases healing oils. It is this oil that soothes and relieves symptoms. Amber has known anti-inflammatory properties, which is the natural form of succinic acid.

Suggested Use
This product is suitable for children and toddlers from 3 months onwards. If the child is having a bad day with teething, the necklace can be placed in the sunlight, this will make the oil to be released quicker. For the best results ensure the necklaces/bracelets are worn daily. Although at Baa Baa Beads they believe and trust in natural therapies, we are aware and must advise that these treatments may not work for everyone. You should always work with your Medical practitioner whenever you begin a new therapy even if it is a natural treatment.
Safety
For safety, each bead has been individually knotted and the necklace will break under stress. The beads should be removed when the child is unattended or sleeping. The beads are for wearing not chewing. The amber is non-toxic.
