Thieves Oil is a blend of natural essential oils selected for their antibacterial, anti viral, cleansing, and protective qualities.  The name comes from a story told about some thieves who stole from the dead and dying during the plague (15th century). They successfully used spices and some other botanicals to protect themselves from infection.
