A medium roast blend of certified organic coffees. We are looking for a well-balanced soft, milk chocolate flavour with toffee and juicy fruit notes. Well balanced and roasted to a similar degree of development as the Allpress Espresso Blend. Honduras should have a gentle acidity with a solid, syrupy body. Look for notes of chocolate, stonefruit and raisin. Peru brings sweet citrus notes with moderate acidity to bring some complexity to the blend.
