Origin: Coopchebi Coop, Chanchamayo, Peru. 1500-1900 meters above sea level, decaffeinated with organic certified CO2 process leaving more flavours in the coffee.
Variety: Washed blend of the rich Catuai and Caturra variety.
Roaster’s Notes: Coffee for any preparation. Very tasty, well balanced coffee where the decaffeination is not noticeable. Brown sugar and blood orange notes. Lingering caramel aftertaste.
