Description Ingredients

A gentle alternative to detergent type shampoos, ideal for those with sensitive skins, and itchy scalps. Does not strip your hair of its natural oils. If you have been using detergent based shampoos, it may take several weeks for your hair to adjust to a gentler routine, and should only need washing twice a week. Wet hair thoroughly, then rub over with the soap, until it lathers (You will notice it does not lather so well in hard water, but it does the job, just the same). Rinse well, then as a final rinse add 1tblsp vinegar to 2 cups of water, apply to your hair, leaving for 30 seconds or so, then rinse out with fresh water. This system of soap and vinegar is one our Grannies used and is gentle on the hair and scalp. In addition if you use the vinegar rinse at the end of a shower it helps to correct the skin’s pH mantle. The new organic Cider Vinegar is lovely, sweet and fruity smelling. Made using the luscious, dark red roses in our garden. Roses have soothing and cooling properties, and help inflamed and reddened skin. It smells good as well.

Made with: Organic soap base (SLS free), herbal infusion of Rose Petals in water, Rose Hydrosol, Castor Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Honey, and Essential Oil of Rose Geranium. Our Organic Soap base is made with organically derived vegetable oils and contains: Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Palm Oil (sustainably farmed), Glycerine, Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Sorbitol (Moisturiser), Sorbitan Oleate (Emulsifier), and Soy Bean Protein (Conditioner).
