Whole wheat penne pasta with nice nutty flavour - great with a raw pasta sauce or a tomato passata sauce. La Terra e il Cielo is co-operative made up of 90 associated member farms and they have been producing organic pasta sine 1980. Only the finest durum wheat grain is selected to be made into pasta. The traditional process of drying at low temperatures preserves the protein content to provide a nutritional product of the highest quality.
