A Spanish pimenton (paprika) focused salami containing the best free range heritage breed pork, La Chinata Pimentón de la Vera (hot smoked paprika) garlic, pepper, Chilli Flakes and smooth Shiraz Red Wine. A rich salami, with a subtle smokiness and a little bit of heat, and of course bursting with complex flavours.  Traditionally fermented and air dried at low temperature for up to 3 months to deliver the most amazing texture and salami flavor. Sliced thinly for beautiful mouth feel
