Kallarney Blue is a Roquefort style creamy blue with a full flavour and closed texture without many eyes and is BioGro Organic Certified. Made with organic milk and Vegetable Rennet.
PRODUCT USE:
An essential on any Cheeseboard traditionally great served with pear. Serve it at room temperature for the best flavour and texture. Made into a sauce for a steak topping, serve it on Pizza after it has come out of the oven. Blue Cheese and Broccoli soup is another favorite.
