Euphoric and uplifting qualities.  Anti-depressant, sedative (can cause drowsiness).  Nerve tonic, combats excessive perspiration. Helpful for menstrual problems, menopause, and adjusting to changes in life, both physical and mental, pain and grief.  Use in small doses, avoid during pregnancy.
